SPECIAL NOTE: Students participating in the team
challenges must be prepared to attend nearly all
meetings and work outside of the meeting time to
continue to learn and do research. This year these two
programs will be treated as classes and assigned a
credit value. |
TechBrick FLL First LEGO League |
1:30 to 3:30, through January 23, 2007.

Up to 10 qualified students ages 8-14 will be selected for this
team. Full preparation for the challenge.
Will attempt to solve the entire challenge, win the
state, and proceed to the nationals in Atlanta.

Experience working with robotics and LEGO Robotics (Mindstorms).
Able to make almost all meetings and practices.
Typically 8-14 years old. Note: They DO
NOT have to own the NXT system. Any work with the older
system is adequate. All we need is a working familiarity with the product's functions.
Fee per participant to cover materials
and initial resources.

TechBrick FTC First Tech Challenge |
September through December.

Select students who have completed the LEGO program
or have high proficiency in robotics and programming
skills ages 13 through HS Seniors. Full preparation for the challenge.
Will attempt to solve the entire challenge, win the
state, and proceed to the nationals in Atlanta.

LEGO League |
Every other Tuesday through the season. |
For 5-7 year olds. The introductory program for First
LEGO League. Participants do exercises related to the
annual theme. |
